Home care team in Northampton, Rugby, Coventry and Warwickshire

A care team chosen for compassion, trained for excellence

Care delivered by people you can trust, selected for their compassion, trained to the highest standards, and supported every step of the way.

The people

behind the care matter most.

The quality of care you receive depends on the people providing it.

Inviting someone into your home, or into the home of a loved one, requires a high level of trust. It is important to feel confident not only in their ability, but in their character.

At Integral Care, we place a strong emphasis on building a team that is reliable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to supporting others.

Selected

for values, not just experience.

We believe that the most important qualities in a carer cannot be taught.

Empathy, compassion, and integrity are essential. These are the foundations of how we recruit.

We look for people who:

  • Treat others with dignity and respect
  • Show genuine care and understanding
  • Are reliable and professional in their approach
  • Take pride in supporting others

Skills and experience are important, but the ability to connect with people on a human level comes first.

A thorough and careful recruitment process

Every member of our team goes through a robust recruitment process before joining us.

This includes identity checks, right-to-work verification, employment history review, and enhanced DBS checks. We also obtain professional references to ensure suitability for working with vulnerable adults.

Candidates are assessed carefully during interview, with a focus on safeguarding awareness, reliability, and professionalism.

This ensures that only the right people become part of the team.

Comprehensive training and ongoing development

All carers receive structured training before delivering care independently.

This includes both theoretical learning and practical, hands-on experience. Areas of training include safeguarding, infection control, moving and handling, and health and safety.

New carers are supported through supervised introductions, working alongside experienced team members before taking on independent visits.

Ongoing training and regular supervision ensure that skills remain up to date and standards remain high.

Supported, connected and well-led

Providing care can be demanding, so it is important that carers feel supported.

We maintain regular contact with the team through supervision, check-ins, and shared learning opportunities. Managers and care coordinators provide guidance and oversight, ensuring carers feel confident in their role.

This support structure helps maintain consistency, quality, and reliability across all care delivered.

Consistency

and familiarity for every client.

Wherever possible, we provide a consistent team of carers.

This allows relationships to develop naturally, helping clients feel comfortable and understood. Familiar faces also mean carers become more aware of routines, preferences, and any changes in  wellbeing.

Consistency is key to building trust and delivering care that feels personal rather than transactional.
