Once we've offered a carer a job, we'll carry out comprehensive reference checks from previous employers, and will also request a criminal records check from the Disclosure and Barring service.
We offer an exceptional array of training courses for our carers, equipping them with all of the skills they need to care with confidence. We also arrange shadowing for carers so that skills can be shared.
We're on hand 7 days a week to offer support and guidance to everyone in the team. We offer regular supervision and meet up as a team to offer peer support and shared learning opportunities.
