Join a supportive care team where compassion comes first, with full training, ongoing support, and meaningful work every day.

It is about supporting people to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes. Every visit you make has a real impact on someone’s day, their wellbeing, and their independence.
At Integral Care, I look for people who want to make that difference, and who take pride in supporting others.
The most important qualities in a carer cannot be taught.
We look for people who are kind, patient, and genuinely care about others. If you have the right attitude and values, we can provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Whether you are new to care or already experienced, you will be supported from the very beginning.
All new team members complete structured training before delivering care independently.
This includes both practical and theoretical learning, covering areas such as safeguarding, moving and handling, infection control, and health and safety.
You will also work alongside experienced carers during your first shifts, helping you build confidence and gain real-world experience in a safe and supported way

Care can be a demanding role, which is why support is so important.
At Integral Care, you are never left to manage things alone. We provide regular supervision, ongoing training, and clear communication with the office team.
Managers and care coordinators are always available to offer guidance, answer questions, and support you in your role.
This creates a positive working environment where you feel confident, valued, and part of a team.
As a carer, you will be entering people’s homes and supporting them with important aspects of their daily life.
We treat this as a privilege, and we expect our team to approach their role with professionalism, respect, and integrity.
In return, you will be part of a service that values quality, takes pride in its work, and is committed to doing things the right way.
We do not believe in long or complicated application forms.
Instead, we prefer to start with a conversation. This gives us the opportunity to get to know you, understand your motivations, and answer any questions you may have.
If you are a good fit, we will guide you through the next steps, including checks, training, and your introduction to the role.
