Why we started Integral Care

IntegralCare was founded by a close-knit family team with a shared passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care within the community.

Our journey into care began more than 20 years ago during our university years, where we gained hands-on experience working in care settings. Over time, what initially began as work developed into something much more meaningful, as we saw first-hand the growing need for dignified support that allows people to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.

With backgrounds spanning health and social care, business, and technology, we came together to build a service that combines professional standards with genuine compassion. We wanted to create a care provider that feels personal, responsive, and centred around the individual, rather than simply task-focused.

A key part of Integral Care’s story is shaped by personal experience. One of our directors faced medical challenges which brought a deeper understanding of vulnerability, dignity, and what it truly means to rely on others for support. That experience reinforced how important compassionate, respectful care can be, particularly within the familiarity and comfort of home.

We also understand the pressures families face when supporting a loved one through changing care needs. Balancing responsibilities, navigating services, and making difficult decisions can become emotionally and physically overwhelming, particularly over long periods of time.

At Integral Care, we believe care is more than a service. It is about trust, relationships, and making a meaningful difference at a time when it matters most.

Care built around people, not routines

We recognised early on that good care is not simply about completing tasks. It is about understanding the individual, respecting their wishes, and supporting them in a way that helps them feel safe, valued, and comfortable within their own home.

That is why person-centred care sits at the heart of everything we do. We take time to understand routines, preferences, and what matters most to each person, ensuring care feels natural, empowering, and tailored to the individual.

We also understand that care affects the whole family. As needs increase or circumstances change, families often carry a significant emotional and physical responsibility. Our role is not only to support the individual, but to provide reassurance, guidance, and dependable support that helps families feel confident that everything is being looked after.

a trusted

and experienced care team

The quality of care depends on the people delivering it.

We recruit based on compassion, empathy, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring every member of our team shares the same values and commitment to high-quality care. Training is comprehensive and ongoing, with careful introductions and continued support helping maintain safe, consistent standards across every service we provide.

Integral Care has been supporting individuals and families across Northamptonshire, Rugby, Coventry, and Warwickshire for more than 10 years. We work with both private clients and those referred through local authorities and the NHS, reflecting the trust placed in our service.

We are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), ensuring all care is delivered safely and to a high standard.
