The PASS system consists of three connected platforms:

  • PASS for Care – used by carers to record visits, care notes, medication support, and wellbeing updates in real time
  • PASSgenius – used by Care Coordinators to oversee care delivery, monitor changes, and manage care plans
  • openPASS – the family app that allows clients and loved ones to stay informed and connected to the care being delivered
