Care that adapts to your needs

No two people need care in the same way.

Some may need a little extra help each week, while others require more regular or specialist support. What matters is finding the right balance, so that life at home continues to feel safe, comfortable, and familiar.

At Integral Care, every care package is built around the individual. We take the time to understand your routines, preferences, and priorities, so that support feels natural and never intrusive.

Support for every stage of care

Care needs can change over time.

You may be arranging support after a hospital stay, responding to a sudden change in health, or gradually increasing care as needs evolve. Whatever the situation, we provide flexible support that can grow and adjust alongside you.

Our services cover a wide range of needs, from everyday assistance to more complex and specialist care, ensuring you always have the right level of support in place.

Flexible ways to receive care at home

Care is not just about what support is provided, but how it is delivered.

We offer different types of care arrangements so that support fits around your lifestyle, your home, and your preferences.

This may include:

  • Visiting care at agreed times during the day
  • Overnight care, whether sleeping or waking support is required
  • Live-in care for continuous, one-to-one support
  • Short-term or respite care during times of change

This flexibility ensures that care works around you, rather than you having to adapt to it.

Quick to respond when care is needed

Many people contact us at times when decisions need to be made quickly.

A hospital discharge, a fall, or a sudden change in health can leave families needing support without delay. In these situations, knowing that help is available quickly can make all the difference.

We can typically begin care within 72 hours, and in some cases, within 24 hours where urgent support is required.

A clear and supportive process

Arranging care should feel straightforward and reassuring.

We guide you through each step, starting with an initial conversation, followed by a detailed assessment in your home. From there, we create a personalised care plan that reflects your needs and preferences.

Once agreed, your care team is introduced, and support begins.

We remain involved throughout, reviewing care regularly and adapting as your needs change.

Kind words

We have a track record of providing exceptional care.

We were lucky enough to have the team care for my husband four times a day in his last few weeks. The staff were always friendly, courteous and punctual or on one occasion rang to let us know they would be late.

They were extremely professional and they were very good with my husband, who liked them a lot. We were always pleased to see them.

They were a great support to my family and me as well, not just my husband, and we are very grateful for all they did.
