Respite and crisis care at home in Northamptonshire, Coventry and Warwickshire

Respite and crisis care at home, giving families time to rest and recover

Flexible short-term and urgent care at home, helping families step back, recharge, and feel confident their loved one is supported.

When caring becomes overwhelming.

Caring for a loved one can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also become physically and emotionally exhausting over time.

Many families reach a point where they are trying to manage everything at once. Work, family life, and caring responsibilities can begin to overlap, and what was once manageable may no longer feel sustainable.

Over time, many families begin placing their own lives around caring responsibilities. Holidays, important events, work commitments, and even time to rest can start to feel difficult without trusted support in place.

Respite and crisis care provides a way to step back, knowing your loved one is safe, supported, and cared for in your absence.

Flexible support

for planned and urgent situations

Respite care is not only for planned breaks.

It can be arranged in advance to give you time to rest, take a holiday, or focus on other commitments. It can also be put in place at short notice when circumstances change unexpectedly.

We provide flexible care that works around your needs, whether that is for a few hours, several days, or longer.

Care is always delivered in the home, allowing your loved one to remain in a familiar and comfortable environment, even during times of change.

Care you can trust

while you step away

Taking a break from caring is not always easy.

Many families feel a strong sense of responsibility and may find it difficult to step away, even when they need rest.

We take time to understand routines, preferences, and individual needs, ensuring that care is delivered consistently and respectfully. Our aim is to provide the same level of care and attention you would offer yourself.

Our carers are carefully selected for their compassion, reliability and are fully trained to provide both practical support and reassurance.

Quick to respond when it matters most

When situations change, you need to know that support can be put in place without delay.

We understand the urgency that can come with crisis situations, and we respond quickly to ensure care is arranged as soon as possible.

We can typically begin care within 72 hours, and in urgent situations, within 24 hours where appropriate.

From your first contact, we focus on understanding your situation and putting the right support in place, without adding further stress.

Supporting both individuals and families

Respite and crisis care is about more than providing practical support.

It is about giving families space to rest, recover, and regain balance, while knowing their loved one is in safe hands.

Our role is to support both the individual and their family, offering reassurance, consistency, and clear communication throughout.

This allows families to step back from the immediate pressures of care and return feeling more able to continue supporting their loved one.

A simple and reassuring way to arrange care

Arranging respite or crisis care does not need to feel complicated.

We begin with a conversation to understand your situation, followed by an assessment where needed. From there, we create a care plan that reflects your loved one’s needs and routines.

Once agreed, care is put in place at the times you require.

We remain flexible and responsive, so support can be extended or adjusted if circumstances change.

Kind words

We have a track record of providing exceptional care.

I really do appreciate the care afforded to my relative by Integral Care, and I am confident that the carers are all doing their best throughout this difficult time. The staff I have met during our visits are lovely, and they are definitely "on the ball". If anything is wrong, they quickly alert the relevant authority, whether it be the doctor, district nurse or the paramedics.

I have every confidence in this company, and am really pleased that they are giving my relative the support needed.
